An infrequent visitor on Nadeau Pond, St Albert.
This mink was chased down the J Poole wetland boardwalk by a woman wielding a cell phone camera, I was able to pull off this shot just before it disappeared into the reeds, it gave the woman this hard stare before doing so. It looks like it has a cleft palate. St Albert (Note this was in the exact same location I photographed a mink in the spring of 2015 - a one in five year event!)
A beaver swims off down the Sturgeon River having collected a late evening harvest of foliage, presumably for consumption. Sturgeon County.
