Around the bend
No we weren't crazy, just riding a jet boat up to below Kinuseo falls which were in full spate with spring run off. This was the view as we rounded the island downstream from the falls after a BBQ lunch on the same island.
Making a splash
The jet boat created quite a splash as it made a hard turn on the river downstream from the falls.
Solitary Sandpiper
A mating pair came very close to warn us off their nesting site which they had built near to the boardwalk.

Rear view mirror
I noticed this view in my rear view mirror while driving on the Boundary road leading the back way out of Tumbler Ridge to the east. A kind truck driver stopped to make sure I was OK as I was packing up my camera..it is a remote spot!
